5.5″ *SINGING* Clear Quartz Flat Vogel from Brazil with 12 Sides | Crystal Healing | Energy Tools 4.8 oz

This unique Clear Quartz Vogel features beautiful clarity, interspersed with rainbows that catch the light perfectly. This piece has been cut with 12 facets around the outside, which creates a Vogel ideal for use in general energy work. This piece has a unique “flat” shape, with two of the opposing facets creating large faces. Additionally, this Vogel is a singer! For those who are not familiar with the term, a singing crystal is one in which the molecules align perfectly, and when gently tapped on one end with a fingernail, will emit a soft chime. This piece sings beautifully with an angelic sound. This Vogel weighs 4.8 oz and measures 5.5″ long. Made from Clear quartz, mined and polished in Brazil. The transmitting end (smaller) is 59° and the internal angle of the larger receiving end is 51.7°.

Marcel Vogel developed the powerful Vogel shape in the 1980s: it is tapered and double-terminated, with facets all around the edge to the tips. The shape was designed and intended to gather and amplify energy with the female (large) end receiving energy, and the male end (smaller) amplifying and transmitting energy. They were first used as a tool in various crystal healing modalities. Our Vogels are created from Clear Quartz mined in Brazil and faceted by talented Brazilian craftsmen – but they are not cut by Vogel trained cutters and often have slightly different angles of the points. While the copy of a Vogel may not be held to the same exacting standards of an original, they can still be used as healing tools and rival the original design in beauty.
