Shipping
We pride ourselves in fast shipping. Orders typically ship within 24 hours via USPS or UPS. Once in the mail system, orders typically deliver within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we are willing to work with you for a special request. Please email with questions.
We ship orders to the USA and Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii (within Flat Rate Box Limitations)

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, please contact us first at jenna@drusydreams.com. We accept returns of regular priced items in undamaged condition. Please contact us for approval within 14 days of your package’s arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and any damages that occur during transit. If the item arrives back to us damaged, you will not be eligible for a full refund. If you are concerned about this, it is always best practice to purchase shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times will depend on your financial institution, most are processed within 7 days or less.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
We apologize, but discounted items are final sale.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
