This star shape features 12 points and is known as a Double Merkaba, or Stellated Dodecahedron. In sacred geometry, it is a form of divine light and perfection. “Merkaba” (also spelled Merkabah), is derived from the Hebrew word for “chariot” and is composed of three Hebrew letters: Mer, Ka, and Ba. It is said to represent the chariot of God in Ezekiel’s vision. The traditional 8-pointed Merkabah is made from two intersecting tetrahedra and represents the ascension of humanity. The 12-pointed Double Merkabah incorporates a third tetrahedron, and along with it a third element – Godliness.
