2″ Brandberg Clear Quartz on Hematite Included Plate

Brandberg is one of the most collectible localities in Africa, and arguably the world. One look at a specimen from there will reveal why. Stunning optic clarity, with almost artistic internal fractures and lovely inclusions. Mined by small-scale miners, pieces from this locale are fairly difficult to come by. This lovely cluster features a lovely clear quartz point perched atop a delicate plate of lightly coated hematite quartz points. This miniature size specimen measures 1.2″ at its largest dimension, and weighs 0.8 oz. From Brandberg Mountain in Namibia, Africa.
